Myflowerapp - Order not delivered

Ordered for a cake from MyFlowerApp on *th May to be delivered on the same day. I got a call from their agent, saying cake cannot be delivered to the said pin code as it is a peri-urban area (though while booking the website suggested cake can be delivered to this pincode, I asked for a refund, he said I can either order something else from their site or refund will happen on Myflowerapp wallet, which means I still have to purchase from their site. I said I can get it collected from the nearby city (Trichy) next day, the agent agreed. Since *th May, I've been calling him, helpline number on website, wrote to them via website, but no response till date. Checked their FB page, it is full of such complaints.
