I ordered one item from PBLifestyle and payment done. But after a month also not received any reply or email from their side about my package. I have sent email to pb.lifestyle.**@gmail.com but still no success. I tried to communicate with shopify support but they raised their hand by telling "Shopify is not a marketplace like Amazon or E-bay, we are a software provider/platform that enables people to run an online store". Feeling so bad that one of best organization opening platforms for fake companies withing verifying any company documents.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
