Templestar myshopify - order not delivered

I saw the advertisement of this website on Facebook, they claimed to provide treadmill at the cheapest prices(heavy discounts being newly opened), I placed one order Order no:**** amounting to ₹***.**. I poured my hard-earned money and this breach of trust and service has affected me financially and mentally. Please get me a refund. I tried to contact through mails etc. But clearly no response. These people should definitely be strictly acted against for playing with our hard-earned money. I have the mail
mentioning confirmation of the orders. And my payment details as well. Please help me with this. Thanks in advance.
