Order placed on Oct *st. I have received a message on Oct **th stating that the order has been dispatched. No tracking information provided. The customer service never answers calls and mails are not answered. I found this site on Facebook. There is no response even when contacted on Facebook. I've written a mail asking for a refund but no response
