I have ordered bday gift on *rd aug **** for same day delivery but by e.o.d of *th aug I haven't received yet. No one is responding the call nor call back after multiple requests I m following up wid chat n everytym m hearing it ll deliver today but dey r rescheduling to nxt day. Order id - ******.neither dey r delivering on tym nor cancelling or refunding d money. Dumb people r saying to give notice before **hrs for cancellation but how is it possible if order place date n delivery date r same. Very bad experience . It's really frustrating n irritating.
