Kitchen Gadgets Online Shopping - Order not delivered yet

Hello,

I ordered an item * days back from a sponsored ad on Facebook, it was kitchengadgets.in and there were * items but no updates whether it is dispatched or not. I contacted them on email but no response there to. Even the Facebook messenger did not help.

I am feeling helpless as there is no option to connect with them and get my order or refund in case the order is not being delivered. The amount is not that big but it is somewhat that makes a difference and can't let it go for such stupid people. To mention I saw many other people had ordered items and not sure about them whether their order got delivered or not..
