I placed a order in meesho app on **th December ****. The expected delivery date was jan ** ****. Their delivery partner did not even attempt to deliver the product. I didn't get any call or neither did anyone came near my house. But they marked the parcel as customer denied. I contacted the meesho help center on jan ** to raise a complaint about my issue. They took a complaint and promised that my order will be delivered on time . But I didn't get any delivery, called back meesho team around ** times. Same fake promises and they changed the expected date * times. Still order not received. Now the meesho support team is hanging up the call when I'm speaking... It's so frustrating. Would never recommend meesho to anyone
