Kwabe com - Order not delivered yet

placed an order for * oversized T-shirt from Kwabey on [**/**/****] with order id:******* and have not received any tracking link or update regarding my order till now.

Despite waiting for more than [** days], the order is still not dispatched. I have tried contacting the company multiple times through email and other platforms, but there has been no proper response from their side.

This is highly unprofessional and seems like negligence towards customers. I have already made the payment of ₹[***], and there is no clarity about the delivery status.

I request immediate action against the company and either:
*. Immediate delivery of my order with tracking details, OR
*. Full refund of the paid amount.

If no action is taken, I will be forced to escalate this matter legally and through consumer court.
