Purple Peanut - Order not delivered since 23 days

I placed an order on Purple Peanut on *rd June for * T-shirts. It's been ** days and still haven't received my order.
I've called them about *-* times and each time they have some excuse or reason to explain the delay.
But they haven't sent any official mail to me describing any of the reasons they've used to cover up the delay. Each time on call they've said that we sent you a mail *-* days back while I haven't received any mails from them.

Since * days now they're not even picking the calls.
It's extremely disappointing to see another such store scamming. They continue to advertise on Instagram while not having successfully completed their previous orders like mine. I've seen other people complaining about the same but they just delete those from their page.
I wouldn't want more people to get duped by their page.
