Dear Sir
I had booked an order on **JUN**** on Milkbasket . On **JUN**** morning at *:**am the status of the order is showing delivered at Milkbasket Application page , I went to society gate to check whether the order is delivered or not but get the information from guard that no order received till *:** am. At **:** AM I had received a text message at my mobile that due to no one available at society gate to collect the order and for this reason order is cancelled and refund of INR ** credited to you . My order value is *** INR . Request you to please total amount of my order is credited back to my account.
