Online coverwala - Order not delivered payment made

I ordered * mobile cases from Online coverwala website, on seeing the instagram ad.. I made payment online as COD was not available.. I even contacted the Customer care personnel to check on the order delivery, as COVID-** lockdown scenario was there.. They promised the order would reach me at the earliest.. But now there is no sort of response from them! I demand action!!
