There is no clear customer support resolution. I got to know that there is no transparency, no support available to resolve a query. Disappointed well, it is self-explanatory. I ordered something which never came and my money has deducted no response so far on the app. I called many times to the helpline but they disconnect phone & not giving me a proper solution. My order is cancelled as well as my money also deducted. A big disappointment from customer care.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
