I placed an order of trolley bags with an order id ****** on **/*/**** and it's been more than ** days from the date of order placed. I have not received the order either the refund as the amount has been already paid.
The support chat group is always offline and they are not replying on the mails. It's a helpless situation.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
