IKEA INDIA - Order not delivered More than 10 days

Order was placed on July **th. Estimated delivery date was July **th. Been dealing with Email CS & GATI CS for tracking & order status. I have not received the order yet. They keep leading me on & are not being transparent. I am ok if they have lost the order & give me a refund. But no response. IKEA chat does not work & toll free # is always busy. This is very frustrating. Didn’t expect this from a brand like IKEA
