Dealshare - Order not delivered inspite of daily notifications

I purchased some items on ** jan **** ,dealshare promise me they wil surely delivered all items in next * to * days .. today its ** jan aftr *-* days gone..even they didnt give me single order delivery..however bcz of offer i ordered from two more no.bt they even didnt delivere that too...its a fraud..just for publicity they r selling product on cheap rate...i just want to claim a case of *** against dealshare
