Pure Tribe India - Order not delivered for more than 3 months

I had placed an order with www.puretribeindia.com Gurgaon based entity (as per Instagram ad) on **th July **** -Order No. ***** for INR *****.**, it has been over * months, but I have no update on my order delivery or dispatch.
I had called on the provided phone number (+**-**********) on website and email but the number is not reachable. I have also written to them on the id - info@puretribeindia.com but have not received an response from them.
Request your help to get my money bac from Pure Tribe India.
