I has ordered * sarees from Vynam. com on *th March ****. I made online payment via debit card by their EBS. The payment was made successfully. I did not receive any confirmatory message from the vendor. When ** days passed without any development I contacted their customer care. Only after repeated attempts I was told that the products I chose were no more available. When I demanded refund I was asked to select other item. Despite selecting other Saree out of sheer compulsion I still haven't received my order yet. I have contacted their customer care regularly but did not get any satisfactory answer. They are not even willing to refund my money. And the customer care is worst.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
