I have ordered for medicines (order# *********). The order is supposed to be delivered in two days, but the order is not delivered even after * days. And then, I have received a message that the order is delivered without the order actually not being delivered. I consider this action from apollo as fraud.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
