Amazone.in - Order not Delivered by Amazone

I have ordered * product for same location and which supposed to be delivered by **th May ****. As per the present scenario * product has been delivered and * not yet delivered.
When I checked the status of packet, that is showing due to short address your product not reached at your location.
Also, the delivery person not picked my call. I have lodge complaint through Amazon customer service almost *-* times but they are not giving any satisfactroy reply, they are saying to wait for ** hrs concern department will contact you, ** hrs completed and I still awaiting for the call.
My question to Amazon team:
*. Why the product not get delivered yet ?
*. When I expect to get the product.
*. Why the satisfactory answer not shared yet by Amazone team?
*. Upon taking of payment why Amazone making foolish to customer.
