Lady era - Order not delivered and shopping website not working now

I have ordered combo product from www.ladiera.com few days ago it is keep showing order status as processing order took *-* days , but now after some days when i checked website is not accessable , also i have sent email to mail id given in website 'support@ladiera.com' and 'sales@ladiera.com' i have got no reply from them i got order confirmation email from ladiera**s@gmail.com kindly check this i have seen in their details its store from lucknow , india kindly process my request also i have found one video on youtube for ladiera the user which upload that video is - 'https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCvYPBkFMpJzUy*gC*pZVkPw' which also provide fb page address - facebook.com/ladyera* which is also not accessable now i found two more users who loss *** and **** rs in through this shopping website
