Shadia Shefeeq filed complaint against Mall of Abayas on Jul 22, 2025
I ordered * abayas throughout their instagram page mall_of_abayas (Dubai) and paid Rs **** through Gpay on **th May ****. I had specifically asked for delivery before June *th (Eid Day) and they had promised so. But later there was no updates about the product or shipment. Only when repeatedly asked they said they would deliver on time.
Few days before June *th, when enquired about shipment status, they just casually said the delivery is delayed and will be delivered within June **. Reason said was held at customs.
Ok fine we waited...but again there was no further proper updates from their side. When asked again when it was due, they just extended delivery date to June **th. All these time i asked for refund, but they said they won't.
Again without explanation or informing us, extended delivery to July ** and this time i demanded refund. Then they agreed to refund the paid amount of not delivered by July **th.
Today is July **nd. Still no sign of our order, no refund was given and now they are not responding to our messages and queries even.
When I posted a story regarding this, i came to know many have had similar experiences with them.
Now all I want is refund of the paid amount and compensation for the time and energy spent behind this and the mental load we had to go through because of this
