We have placed an order in IndiaCakes on **th May.Order Id: #******.
The delivery date was **/**/****. It's been *days till date, and we do not receive the order yet and even no update on the same.
We tried to contact customer care but we have not got any response.
They have taken full payment of cake(INR ***) and once I paid the same, they asked for delivery charge(INR ***) more, which was mentioned as free previously . Even after making the payment, they did not deliver and stop responding.
This is a really pathetic service by IndiaCakes and harassing customers after taking the payment.
I want the immediate delivery of this order and looking for response asap from your end.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
