Ordered HTC Desire *** mobile battery from Insasta.com on the **th of August there were two attempts made to make purchase the second one was successful status of odrer kept saying shipped but when checked with courier company it said parcel not received kept checking with customer service and every time they would say will be shipped today but no shipping was actually done this went on for *-* times and finally I cancelled the order on cancelling they said refund will be given in * working days today its almost ** days and no refund
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
