I placed a prepaid order (#D******) from Devicedocks for an E-Ink Smart Notebook worth ₹*,***.**. The order has not been dispatched, and I have not received any tracking information or updates even after more than a month. I contacted customer support multiple times via email but received no response. Additionally, the website now appears to be offline.
What is most concerning is that they seem willing to process and deliver Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, while prepaid orders remain unfulfilled. This has been a very disappointing experience, and I would advise buyers to be cautious before placing prepaid orders with this website.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
