I have ordered Wednesday Special **PC Bucket and * dips at *:**PM IST on **/**/****. I have paid up the total bill of ***.** INR upfront using credit card and saw that the order will be delivered in ** mins as the ETA was *:**PM.
But that stayed the same for hours, and I did not received my order ever. I tried multiple ways to reach out to their customer service numbers. No agent available and my call went on waiting for hours.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
