Alamode by Akansha - Order not delivered and dispatched

I placed an order from https://www.alamodelabel.in/ on September **, ****. Till date, my order has not reached and there is no updates from them. Every time on mail they ask me to wait that order is under processing. I am also in clothing business and I completely understand making of a dress cannot take more than ** days.

I demanded refund from them considering the delays but no revert received. There tracking is also not working. It feels like I have been cheated
