I ordered a bouquet on **.*.**** to be delivered to me on **.*.**** between * p.m & * p.m. It was not delivered on the mentioned date and time and when tried reaching their customer service it did was (* is still busy). Nobody communicated about the status of the orders despite multiple emails, complaint registered on the site and reached out on Instagram as well. After so much suffering and absolutely no response from them, I asked them to cancel the order and refund the cash for this order and the forthcoming order to be delivered on **nd. Clearly there is no way to communicate and they do not have any proper channel to reach them. The forced me to receive the order on **th and after asking them to cancel order and initiate the refund, they are denying the request and not addressing the issue. I even asked for a senior person to call me via emails and nothing happened. I have lost complete trust with them and as they could not deliver the product as and when they promise to deliver, I do not want to receive their product way past my requirement. Kindly help get my hard earned money back.
