Dealsage - Order not delivered

I have order from deal sage a bean bag for Rs*** with oreder id #***** on ** aug **** i placed the order stil no confirmation nothing i have received from the delivery partner and the company side, if they are not able to process my order i need my refund back or else deliver my product in the given address.
