Moms co - Order not delivered

As a customer i have trusted and purchased a product from your website and I would be having minimum expectations that I get the delivery details and when will it be delivered to me but I dnt see anything anywhere and this is disturbing me.I waited whole day for call after the executive said that they will reach out to me but no response anywhere,this was such a pathetic service I ever seen in my life.
They don't even respond quickly and when they do once they say they will get back and never get back and I am following up since a week and they are unavailable sat sun also,I dnt evn know if I press cancel my order money will be refunded or not also so I am not able to take any action
