Zepto - Order not delivered

I recently ordered something from Zepto, the order status was delivered but I haven’t received it yet. I tried calling delivery partner but his phone was switched off. I talked to customer support but they didn’t responded very well. They said my order must be in lobby or with watchmen. How can someone deliver like this? I again called delivery boy more than ** times but he didn’t received my calls. Nor they gave my money back. This ain’t about money but about the trust & service they should be providing. I must say they are pathetic.
