Place the order in *nd October and shoukd be delivered by *th as it was out for delivery but due to wrong contact number but provided alternative number and correct address the order didn’t delivered to me nor informed me regarding the same .After connecting * times to the Chat support no one inform me it will not be deliver to me at * rd time the chat support person inform me no is incorrect and took my correct number and said it will be resolve in **-** hrs. From Sunday I was the one who was taking follow-ups from them and in *th attempt to connect call support the agent SONALI informed me it will not be delivere to you and once the order will be bach to warehouse we will refund the amount I aak to pass the call to the supervisor she denied for the same and when I asked for supervisor name which she informed it is internal information which cannot be share and was trying to disconnect the call which was rude
According to her my order was out for delivery on **th Oct and on my app it was reflecting placed order at *nd October and out for delivery *th October
Accord To her statement till now the order should have been cancel and amount should be refunded but chat support was providing the information issue will be resolve within **-** hr from Sunday *th October and on call support I m getting different answers
The call support agent was doing arguments and was stubborn and rude
