I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my deep concern regarding an order that I placed on **th May with your company. Despite the considerable amount of time that has passed, I have not yet received the items I ordered.

I have been patience till now . Even after dropping so many msgs on your Instagram page and on watspp but you didn’t paid any response to the same. This recent experience has left me disappointed and frustrated. I have tried reaching out to your customer service on multiple occasions, but unfortunately, I have not received any satisfactory response or resolution.
I understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes lead to delays, but three months is an excessive amount of time for a delivery. I kindly request that you look into this matter urgently and provide me with a clear explanation of the delay and an estimated delivery date. If there are any challenges or issues that have caused this delay, I would appreciate your transparency in sharing those with me. From last two months I was coordinating with you and informing you that I will have to move to some other city for my projects .
But every time you were giving me false hopes. Now I am really fed up with this order . So will kindly request you to give me a proper update over this.
If I do not receive a satisfactory response within the next ** hours, I will have no choice but to consider this as a fraud and to report it . I hope it doesn’t come to that, as I truly value the products of your Company.
Please treat this matter with the urgency it deserves. I expect timely communication and a swift resolution to this issue. You can reach me at ********** or reply to this email.
