KFC we placed online order vide
ORDER DETAILS
Order # **************** around *.**pm on **-**-****. guys didn't deliver your order inspite of we placing the order and waiting for more than an hour. On reaching your restaurant they ask us to cancel the order as they don't have delivery boys. They don't even have the courtesy to call and inform us if they can't delivery or cancel the order themselves online. Just like nuts we trust online status and keep on waiting. My son visited the store and is waiting to collect the order, but poor response. Then why do they have on website with delivery option. Also call centre line just keeps us on hold with no response. Complaint website doesn't allow us to raise the complaint. Then why do these guys exist. We place orders and these guys work as per your wimps and fancies on our hard earned money. Highly disappointed with the service given by such a big brand.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
