Darveys com - Order not delivered

I am Vishwa Thakor. I placed an Order on **th January **** for a Tory Burch Mini Eleanor Bag on darveys.com which was to be delivered in * to * weeks. The brand orders products from International boutiques & delivers in India. It too almost * months for the bag to arrive India. I was updated that the bag has reached India headquarters on **th March **** & since then it takes * -* days for the order to be delivered to final address.
Since **th March i am texting them on whatsapp & i have been asked to be patient. It has been a week now but the brand has not updated with any further movement of my order. I live in the Netherlands at the moment, unable to pickup normal network calls on my indian number. I still tried to call them & reach them on whatsapp & email but no reply.

I either need my order or the money back.
