Frens n petals - Order not delivered

I had ordered for cake, bouquet and sparkling candle on ** Dec **, they were supposed to deliver it before **** hrs ** Dec **. They have not delivered stating there delivery partner had some issues with address. I had reiterated that the address mentioned while ordering was correct. They initially told they would deliver the order but they did not. They couldn't even deliver the order the next day also. After many calls they told they would deliver it on the *rd day which I didn't want and asked for a refund. They said they cannot provide refund as there is no policy.
