Sequence 3 Kurtis - Order not delivered

I have placed order and done tha payment in advance. My order delivery expected date was *th July. When I checked meesho app on *th July, the status is shown as delivered. But I have not received the product. When I spoke with customer executive, she told ull not get any refund or product u will not get it at all . What's this service called... Why is this cheating. I want my money back
