I placed an order for a bouquet , a box of chocolates and a cake for Mother’s Day. Delivery was promised for the same day however the same never happened. Tried calling the customer care no but no response. Waited till the next day and tracked the order it still showed in progress and the delivery date and time had changed . The mail for item purchase that was received on my mail id now shows blank with no way to trace its contents . I want a refund .
