I have placed an order from Luxismark Official in the month of July and I have prepaid **,***.
After making making the payment they started partially responding to my messages and call and they kept saying that my order was stuck in customs then Luxismark totally stopped responding to me and people from THE FRONSA , FIRST LUXURY CHOICE AND ELITEFETCH started contacting me and they gave me that same reason saying stuck in custom duties and then they started saying taht they dispatched my order and then they sent one invalid AWB number and when I told them it’s invalid they sent me an other number which I have been tracking from * days then when I called the delivery peoples customer care number I realised it was someone else’s AWB number then when I told them the same they sent me an other number which was untrackable but they said u will get it in * days and they made someone from their company only contact me a delivery person then when I dint get my order and I started asking for refund they started ignoring me . They took my money and now it’s almost * months and I dint get the order .
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
