Igp Growth Investment Advisors Private Limited - Order not delivered

I had placed an order no ******* on **st July to deliver Rakhi for my brother in Hongkong. I started calling IGP from **th August regarding the delay. I told them continuously to provide me with the number of the courier company there but they did not. They gave me the crab that the address is incorrect. Last year also they had delivered my product there. How can they say that the address was incorrect. And majorly I kept on telling them again and again to tell the courier company to call up on the number provided by me while placing the order. Why was that not done???? Totally unprofessional. I want the complete refund with compensation for the Trauma caused because of my continuous calling and disrespect to me for not been able to deliver Rakhi to my brother and most Importlands spooling my entire festive.
