I have placed an order in this website named gadgetsv**.com on **th April **** with order id. ***-rl.This store is also listed on bikayi.com. I ordered fortune Mustard oil and fortune sunflower oil. They accept only online payment so I paid the amount through upi. They take the payment through bikayi.com and then razorpay software private limited. Then I received an order confirmation sms from bikayi.com. But after placing the order, I'm trying to reach them via whatsapp, email and phone but I am unable to do so. Every way of contact is blocked. My order is not delivered yet. I want my full amount of money refund. Please take necessary steps to stop this fraud website. And give me refund.
