Www.perfumery.co.in - Order not delivered, even after upfront payment

I bought a perfume worth Rs. **** from Perfumery.co.in on **th December ****. I received a confirmation email. But post that they stopped taking my calls or responding to my emails, chats or messages. Even if they revert, they avoid any confirmation. Its been ** days and I have got no clue where my order is. Please help me as this seems like a fraud.
