On **/**/** I placed an order on ptron.in during payment process it's gone through the payu.in gateway. I paid ***.** from Phonepe having transaction ID: ************* (payu), and payment confirmation is coming immediately from payment-report@payu.in.
My items are:
• *. PTron Electra *** * USB Ports *.*A & *A Fast Travel wall Mount Charger With Light For All Smartphones
• *. PTron Latest USB To Micro USB Weave Data Cable Sync Charging Cable For All Android Smartphones
During the payment process, I applied a discount coupon SURPRISE***+ (got it from my previous order on ptron.in) and get **% instant discount, and the final amount coming Rs/- ***.**, which was already paid. But no confirmation is coming from ptron.in or it not reflecting in my ptron.in account up to **/**/** noon.
I called their customer care phone number several times but no one picks up the phone. Then I send a complain message through their website. The support ticket opened [#******].
At afternoon *.** pm (**/**/**) SMS coming from both AX-PTRNIN/AD-LSTONE with order ID: *************. But it showing only the item * PTron Latest USB To Micro USB Weave Data Cable Sync Charging Cable For All Android Smartphones, and not showing about the item (MISSING ITEM) * PTron Electra *** * USB Ports *.*A & *A Fast Travel wall Mount Charger With Light For All Smartphones. There is not any clarification about when and how my products are delivering to me.
So, I request you please help me on this issue as soon as possible.
