99rpm - Order not canceled

I had order few parts for my car under order number *********. I wanted to cancel this order and make a reorder. I have dropped a mail to sales@**rpm.com on the same day but there is no response as of now. As per **rpm cancellation policy at https://www.**rpm.com/fiat/shipping_and_return_policy policy if any order needs to be cancel only way is to drop a mail to sales@**rpm.com. I had mailed them more than *-* times and there is not a single response on same , in fact the order has been shipped. Attached are the email screenshot for your reference.
