I have booked an anniversary cake on **.**.**** and it has to be delivered on **.**.****.
But still today **.**.**** it has not delivered and no refund came. Also, they took *** rs extra for every charge.

People ordering cakes on special occasions like birthdays, anniversaries, and these worst companies spoiling the happiness of customers.
If they can't deliver then why taking orders to close the shop. Why collecting money from people through this medium.
These types of companies spoiling country names as putting India on their websites.
I am requesting my refund.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
