kitchenguggets - Order No 1230 not delivered since Dec 2020

I ordered from kitchengadget.in on **th December **** but I have not received my order yet. When I dropped an email regarding the same on the email id (ketan patel(care.kitchenguggets**@gmail.com) provide in the order confirmation email on **nd Dec ****, I got the following reply "Your order is on hold due to worker issues. You will get it soon" from a person named "Ketan Patel". After that I have tried to follow up on the same numerous number of times but I am not receiving any reply now. Regards Molay Banerjee
