I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with Dot & Key. It has been ** days since I placed my order, and my product still hasn’t been delivered. This kind of delay is completely unacceptable, especially when there has been no proper update or communication from their side.
When I raised a concern, the customer support team gave a very unprofessional excuse, saying that "Prateek is on leave." This is honestly one of the worst excuses I have ever heard. A company should not depend on one person to handle customer issues. If someone is on leave, there should be another team member available to resolve pending orders. This clearly shows poor management and lack of responsibility.
I then requested a refund, but they refused to process it immediately. Instead, they said the refund would only be issued after the item comes back to them, which makes no sense because I haven’t even received the product yet. This feels like unnecessary delay and poor customer handling.
Overall, this has been a terrible experience. Poor communication, delayed delivery, and unprofessional customer support. I would strongly advise others to avoid ordering from Dot & Key to save themselves from similar frustration.
