Indiacakes.com - Order neither delivered nor refunded

had placed an order for cake & bouquet to be delivered at Kodaikanal on ** Apr ** vide order No ******* but it was not delivered at all. I was asked to pay additional Rs *** for the delivery, which I paid very promptly too but still the order was not delivered.
I must have tried the customer care number so many times but there was no response at all. I left many messages also but again no response.
It has spoiled the moment and the faith in the company.
Nobody even bothered to call up or update the status. Also no refund has been initiated.
