Trackon pvt Ltd - Order misplaced which was for eid they are not able to track

Unacceptable service, their sales exec. promised * day shipping from Mumbai to Pune by paying extra, but by magic my shipment has been missing and no updates. Would be better if you use a mule to send your parcel. The name of the courier company is Trackon the name of the executive who promised one day delivery is haider and the manager jaywant bane is not able to track the shipment made me stand for * hour's while i was fasting spoiled my brand's name and even ruined my day And also my client's Eid As it was a dress specially designed for my client for eid this incident happened in bandra on tuesday the promise was made by haider the executive from trackon pvt ltd i request to check the comments they have troubled alot of people specially from this branch
