Blue Dart Express Limited - Order Marked as Delivered Without OTP Fraudulent Delivery by Blue Dart

I placed an order on May *, **** on Cubelelo which was getting delivered via Bluedart (Tracking ID: ***********, Order ID: ************). The package was marked as “delivered” on May **, but I never received it. Shockingly, the status shows delivery was done within the warehouse itself, and someone named “Ali” received it — a person I do not know. I only got an OTP but was never contacted for actual delivery. I was waiting for the delivery, but within minutes, it showed as completed without OTP verification. This has caused me stress and financial loss. Despite correct delivery details, I have not received my order. I request a resolution or refund at the earliest.
