Oven story Eatsure app - Order items missing took total 3 hours

I placed an order through EatSure app, for * pizzas, * chicken meatballs, * chocolava cake of OvenStory.
First, they handed some different order, which didn't belong to us, to the delivery executive. We sent the items back as the order didn't belong to us.
Secondly, When the delivery executive came back, the ovenstory gave him incomplete order (* pizzas were missing).
This incident took a total of * hours and we had talked to *-* different EatSure customer care executives. Please refund.
